Zack was understanding and patient. I was told no many times before I met Zack. He literally counseled me on finance and budget. When I got frustrated, his cool head calmed me. He is a fighter and definitely knowledgeable about the entire process. He never lied or sugar coated. A real shepherd .

We were in a situtation desiring to own our on home, but no-one would finance us, desperately searching for a montage company to loan us the funds. We were directed to PMRI and introduce to Zack Lovett, it was as a dream came true. He instructed us exactly what to do in order to get the mortgage loans we needed. After seaching for so long, being turned down by all other , Zack step in and made it happen, when no one cared, or heard us Zack did, the process was smoother than any other mortgage company we tried, Zack and his team were amazing, always responding - we never had to wait on them returning our emails or phone calls..They kept us updated with our file.
