Doesn't seem very knowledgeable about the process at all. When we switched realtors he was rude and it was apparent he and she had something cooked up between themselves. I would not recommend. This was the third house I have bought, never have I had such difficulties with a conventional loan.

It was very disappointing, yo say the least. First, he was ruse when we fired our first realitor , who wasn't listening to our request. Then we received rude, message for not telling him, which our realitor has nothing to do with our finances. Then he had me on the loan, off the loan, back on loan, and couldn't make his mind up. We had stated we wanted to do the loan together. Then he didn't listen to how we were doing our financing, we had money in our savings, but were receiving a inheritance, and a payout of a PERA, to have the 20% down. We he decided to keep me on the loan ,stated I needed a remote letter, even though I sent the remote policy, but he wanted to talk to my HR, and say he would her to the same day and did not. My HR was irritated, and when I asked he stated, he would call her if it was needed. He made a big deal about Muchael working in Arkansas and me in Minnesota. Our first place we sent the property with was a trailer, which he knew would not qualify, but had us do the inspection and appraisal costing us 1000.00. Zac and Leslie, would ask for the same paperwork over and over. I started and email chain with Lezlie, Zac, my husband and myself due to their incompetence to talk with each other re paperwork. The 2nd property that did not qualify due to realitor, and our last property, they would not lock in a rate, would argue, and have lots of excuses when came to getting paperwork done at closing. I followed up with our bank and also our friends, who do closings in several states, and stated they were incompetent. We have boilught and sold houses, before and never had this issue. I will recommend them to anyone. We have asked our realitor to not attach his name to their company, and it was stated by another realitor on the comments, of how awful PRMI is. Our bank also stated the same thing.
