Zack took such good care of me and led me through every step of the mortgage process. With his knowledge and years of experience, he made it as painless as it can possibly be. He goes above and beyond and is there at anytime of the day to answer your questions or simply ease your mind. I hope I don't need to buy a house for years to come, but if I do, I don't even have to think about who I'm using as my loan officer. 11/10
