As a first time home buyer, I had always heard that your first experience is pretty rough and lots of paperwork but Eric kept us updated and in the loop the entire time and was in constant contact with us. All we had to do was sign E documents and provide some paperwork and they took care of the rest. It was incredibly easy and fast!

Eric always handles himself with professionalism. His communication is top notch. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and subject matter. He goes above and beyond to be available to assist. In fact, during the offer part of this real estate transaction, there was already an offer on the table. The selling agent inferred that the reason she advised her client to accept my offer was because of her interaction with Eric and his availability, enthusiasm and professionalism when she reached out to verify loan eligibility. I would recommend Eric and the team anytime.
