Norm was KEY is our home buying process. His communication was consistent. He was always reachable, and very accommodating to after hour e-mails and calls. He guided through the entire process, willingly answering questions along the way. He even came to our closing to meet us personally (many lenders do not do this) and he gifted us with dog tags for our pups! Can’t sing his praises enough.

My overall experience with Primary Residential Mortgage was excellent. I worked with Jeremy Johnson who I think holds himself very well, a very professional individual. The best thing about my experience was Jeremy's pro-activeness. I especially loved whenever I had a question at any time, Jeremy would usually respond within the hour. It doesn't get better than that. Jeremy and his team is who you want on your side. They are very knowledgeable and they get things done in a timely manner.
