The best mortgage loan originator I have ever used Norm with primary residential mortgage made buying another home easy The pre-approval process was fast the loan process was efficient and he made every step transparent and he went above and beyond with a personal situation that would have been an enormous hurdle seem like a small speed bump that we were able to conquer and get the loan done ✅ He is efficient fast and one of the hardest loan officers I have ever met he was also available to me with any question he made the entire process simple I highly recommend him and primary residential mortgage to anyone you will be so happy that you chose them by the end of the process and when we got the keys to our new home Norm felt like family and I cannot thank him enough for all the hard work and going above and beyond I don't believe anyone else would have
