Justin makes sure to take the time to explain things to you so that you never feel caught off guard about something. He strived to remain transparent and that is appreciated. I'd say he even went beyond his duties by offering assistance with other things outside his scope, due to his experience with it. I can tell he is a good person, and to me, that means a lot.
