As first time home buyers, my husband and I were pretty much clueless about the process. Raquel and Justin were insanely helpful throughout and really took the time to make sure we actually understood every step. They walked us through different down payment scenarios and calculated our estimated monthly payments using the actual property taxes for each home we looked at (not just the inaccurate online estimates), and had insurance quotes for us within minutes. Communication was always quick and I never felt in the dark about what was going on.
It's a stressful process for sure, but knowing we were in great hands took a lot of those worries away. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Raquel to anyone looking to make the home buying process as smooth as possible.

Joseph made the process very easy and convenient. I was able to review and sign everything online, at my convenience. Nonetheless him and his team were always available and immediate to answer any of my questions or concerns. Joseph and his team were very committed throughout the process and made all of the necessary extra steps needed for my particular transaction. I definitely will work with them again.
