I have had the opportunity to work with Laura at PRMI on several occasions. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She has offered to give my Real Estate associates an information presentation on the products they offer. Looking forward to more opportunities with Laura and Primary Residential Mortgage in the near future!

Great place to get a mortgage. I dealt with Scott DiGregorio. The guy's awesome. Haven't met a more knowledgeable and thorough mortgage broker. His assistant Heather is always on point and makes sure you are aware of what's going on. His processor Tina is fabulous. I can't say enough about them. If you are checking them out make sure you ask for Scott. You won't be disappointed.

As a 17+ year veteran & NMLS licensed loan officer, I feel it necessary to provide a rebuttal to the review left by Ashley Beal whose facts are off considerably. The process of obtaining a mortgage in the last 3-5 years has become considerably difficult no matter who you are or how fast you provide documentation. The government has entered our business to make things "safer" for the consumer to obtain a loan which has only muddied up a process which was at one time pretty straight forward. Delays will happen as documentation is being checked and re-checked to be certain we have a sellable loan in the secondary market once it has closed. In this instance, there were NO promises ever made of a closing date which is impossible to predict, rather more than one statement that we would do everything in our power to make it to the closing table on time which was less than 30 days. The alternative that these borrowers have was going with an inferior mortgage product (adjustable rate loan) with a credit union that was quoting 2 months for time needed. Knowing that we have our own in-house underwriter, borrowers were told that IF it would happen, then they would have a better chance with our model vs. the credit union which by the way was also the ONLY reason their offer was accepted by the seller under these circumstances. We were hit with a huge surge of new files into processing and underwriting all during a 30 day period (70+) and our in-house underwriter had a planned vacation which cut into the time for review and the closing date was missed by 5 days. All of this was communicated with the borrowers a week in advance so that plans could be made by them and the other parties once we found out it was going to be humanly impossible to pull off the closing date by the end of the month. Borrowers did not want to hear any of this and understand the frustration but did everything I could to make it happen and unfortunately it did not which is part of the nature of this business. I take GREAT pride in what I do and enjoy making the dream of homeownership happen as well as value my reputation in the community. It was with great regret that these borrowers timeline was not met as I hate missing any closing date but feel the need to paint the other side of the picture since Mrs. Beal felt the need to bash me even after being financially compensated for her and her family's inconvenience which she conveniently left that part out.

I have nothing positive to say about this company. We had several financing options available to us at the time of our home loan application process. The most important piece to the seller of the home was closing on time, we even re-wrote the contract to close by a specific date for them. We were convinced by Brad Stahlhut that we needed to go with Primary Residential Mortgage because they could guarantee that we would close on time as the seller had asked. Brad told us that the other lenders we were considering had a reputation of being late, but that his office could do the job required. We went with Brad Stahlhut and Primary Residential Mortgage despite better financing options from other lenders to ensure we would meet the deadlines requested by the seller. We provided every piece of information PRM/Brad asked for within hours of their asking. We did everything we could to rush the process. A week before our closing (a Friday) we checking in for a status update and were ensured that our application was in underwriting and there would be no delays for closing. When we called back on Tuesday to schedule closing with the title company, we were informed we were delayed – Brad never called us to let us know! Brad Stahlhut and Primary Residential Mortgage make promises they have no intention of keeping. They will string you along to get your business until you are forced to proceed and don’t have the choice to change lenders. They have lied and changed their story throughout the application process and have not been up front or provided accurate deadlines or expectations. I would STRONGLY recommend anyone to STAY AWAY from Brad Stahlhut and Primary Residential Mortgage. We will be re-financing as soon as we can so that we no longer have to work with Brad or PRM.
