Vince, Nick, and Pam!!!! They were nothing short of AMAZING and even thats a understatement. They make a great team. No matter what obstical we came across they were never more then a phone call away and always 5 steps ahead if things. If anyone is buying a house and isn't using this team their making a HUGE mistake.

We stumbled across Vince and PMI years ago on our first home. He was responsive and quick to return calls. Our first house closing went great and we have kept in touch with Vince.
Fast forward 15 years or so and we needed an investment property. We were so happy to know Vince was able to help and had another great experience.

I am not sure I have enough space here to explain what a professional Vince Patti was to work with. From day one Vince explained the process and how each step would work. Vince is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and I felt confident each time I asked Vince's advice on a situation. Vince has the knowledge and personality for the job he does. I was amazed that Vince was available on weekends. I have never known a person in the Mortgage industry to be so available to his customers.

Vince, Nicolas,Pam and the entire team went above and beyond to expedite our VA loan. We are in our new home two weeks early and are extremely happy.
