Communicate & organize for more efficiency. After the first meeting, present a compiled list of ALL paperwork & forms that will be needed & at what point it will be needed. When received communicate to all members of team what item or items are in a predetermined file on the company's private web site. Let the customer know, as soon as possible, the amount of funds needed & where it should be deposited for title company, to prevent delays & anxiety on the customers part. Thank-you for listening
