Nick Caruso recently helped one of my buyers in his first home purchase. Nick took the time to explain the lending process every step of the way. I live on Long Island, New York and am seeking to purchase a condo in the Fort Meyers area soon to escape those cold northern winter months.
I have contacted banks and other mortgage lenders to inquire about financing options. I was not very impressed with their services. A colleague recommnded PRMI. I was referred to Vince Patti. Mr. Patti has been a blessing. He is very attentive to listening to my questions, no matter how simple they may be. He also responds to requests during the evening and weekends. I could never find personal attention like that with typical banks and lending institutions. Thank you Mr. Patti
