Jo Ann Coniglio has spent over 35 years in real estate and mortgage financing, which makes her extremely well rounded to assist her clients. Prior to joining Primary Residential Mortgage, she worked for 16 years at Homestar Mortgage in Providence. Before that, Jo was a wholesale account representative, servicing and training retail mortgage originators. In the 1980’s- 90’s, Jo held the full time position of Realtor at Century 21 attaining the Certified Buyer Representative designation with the National Association or Realtors, earning her the long time respect of her current working realtor relationships.

Jo loves assisting first time homebuyers utilizing her areas of expertise with Rhode Island Housing programs and other government programs. She is an expert in FHA(Federal Housing Administration), VA (Veterans Affairs), USDA(US Dept. of Agriculture) and conventional financing and refinancing. Her extensive knowledge of the Home buying process truly benefits her clients. Jo resides in North Kingstown with her Bernese Mountain Dogs & Sheltie mix and is a member/volunteer with the Bernese Mountain Dog club of Nashoba Valley and America. In addition to working with her dogs, Jo loves hiking, golfing, kayaking, cooking and writing.
