This is the second re-finance that I have done with Stephen and my experience with him has always been very pleasant.

There was a lack of attention to detail and we were asked to provide a different amount of cash at closing than what was communicated to us 3 days before closing. We had to shell out an additional $200 at closing because of this. He did not seem organized as he would recommend loans that we were not eligible for on our rental property. He did not always seem to have our best interests in mind.

I am a marine mechanic by trade. I understand engines and machines. I told Stephen at the start that I would like him to explain the whole process to me because I wanted to have a firm understanding of what I'm getting into. He took the time to really explain, and made sure I understood. Stephen always made sure everything was clear, and always answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. I would recommend him to anyone who is starting the loan process.

Steve worked tirelessly to get our mortgage across the finish line. Our profile was a little out of the ordinary so a little creativity was necessary and Steve found a way forward. We settled three days ago. Steve and his team were professional and helpful and great under pressure. Many thanks!
