The communication between us to gather all the necessary documents is always easy. Their office is also close to me so popping in to sign documents is convenient. The team is always friendly and helpful.

I don't think it was Stephen. It was the overwhelming amount of paperwork that was needed and it was right up until the day before closing things were still needed. I had to take time off work and away from family just to gather the information necessary to prove that which I already knew. Having a sit down to discuss the financials and look at the paperwork to prove where each financial was coming from may have helped. In the end it was the law that made this a nightmare.
