Background –
I have been a Branch Partner with PRMI in Clovis, NM since 2009. I have been originating mortgage loans over 17 years and have assisted thousands of clients achieve their dream of home ownership. I oversee three branches, five loan officers, and five loan processors.
Skills and Experience
I especially enjoy working with first time homebuyers and military clients, many of whom I have worked with several times as they “move up” from their starter home to a newer home that meets a growing family’s needs. I pride myself on offering multiple loan options to my borrowers and encouraging them to not only think through their current mortgage decisions, but also how those decisions will affect long term costs and options for the future. Buying a home can lead to long term wealth creation, and I want my clients to know they can always come to me for advice that will be in their best interests.
Honors and Awards –
I have been consistently recognized as a top producer in the PRMI organization and was ranked in the top 1% of originators nationally by Mortgage Executive Magazine in 2020, and a top 10 producer in the State of New Mexico in 2020 for number of loans originated. I am especially proud of my customer satisfaction awards ranking me nationally among all originators in our organization.
Family –
My wife Karla also works for PRMI as a loan officer assistant and bookkeeper for our branch. When not running our busy office, we enjoy spending time with our kids and grandkids, home improvement projects, travelling, spending time at the lake, and motorcycle riding.
