Scott was patient with me and available to address all my questions as a first-time homebuyer, and he was thorough which for a detail-oriented minded individual that was very helpful having those steps laid out for each step of the way. That made it easier for me to be better prepared including the pre-qualification letter process. He was also very agile and flexible each time we made an offer to quickly draft and customize the pre-qualification letter we needed to get ourselves to the bargaining table quickly. Working with him throughout this process made things seem much easier than all the horror stories I've heard from.
