Scott was knowledgeable and very personable. The home-buying process can be very intimidating, especially for first-time buyer's, but he helped ease our nerves. He was always available for questions and explained things in ways that made sense to people that aren't as knowledgeable on the processes. You can tell Scott cares about his clients and just wants the best for people and we're very grateful to have had him as an asset in this process.

From our first phone conversation exactly 2 1/2 yrs before I actually purchased my home Mr. Scott was great. He assisted me with cleaning up my credit, he advise me on how I should save and spend during the process. He explained every thing in detail when I was not sure of his terminology & he never got upset. He is a very patient, calm, and collective individual. Even when I wanted to quit he always reassure me of the goal when many times the plan had to be adjusted. He never rushed the process

Scott helped me with getting my credit score up to my pre-approval and communicating with me to make sure I was ready. He didn't force me to use their company just said let me know when you are ready and we can start the process.
