Renee was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout our whole process. She helped us utilize two down payment assistance programs, and handled communication with both. She educated us on much of the process, which was so helpful as first time homebuyers. When we started with her, we were discouraged by previous lenders that we had worked with. Renee immediately made us feel like our dream could be a reality, and worked incredibly hard to make it happen. We are so grateful!
