What made this a great experience, Angelo and team exalted excellent customer service or what we called back in the day-bed side manners. The attention to details, follow-ups, tasks that needed to be completed was handled with professionalism and an immediate response. You would receive an email, with a follow up by a text message to let you know an email was sent. If the email was going to be length with more than one request and/or somewhat challenging-you would get a phone call to explain the email in detail for what was coming soon. Purchasing a home is a big comment, challenging, and complicated; Angelo and his team made it as stress less as possible. They attacked each conversation/task as if it was your last. The efficient and effectiveness is valued and greatly appreciated.
