My 4th loan with PRMI (Michael Koran) and its always the best. Also got to experience Keith Hubbard, would highly recommend him as well. This place has nothing but experts, and they will always shoot for the best product for the customer. Sometimes that actually means more work for them, and their culture is NEVER take the easy route/loans, but the BEST loans for the you. You can be assured you're going to get the best loan from them

Angelo was always calm and understanding with the million calls and emails around my complete ignorance and stress around the loan process! I feel quite educated now! He was patient with me pulling out of houses when the sellers issues were not disclosed. I started all over several times. He was a great asset in this whole process.

Matt is the BEST! He helped walk us through everything very patiently, and worked with us to find solutions when our finances got... complicated. We would (and will) recommend Matt and Primary to all of my friends looking to buy their first home or refinance. As a first-time home-buyer, it's hard to not feel "green" about the whole process, even as someone who works in finance. Matt was able to walk us through each step, and was always available if I had questions. 10/10, Matt!

A personal friend of mine Mary Sousa who works at Old Republic Title Company referred me to Dane Moler at Primary Residential Mortgage for a refy, as I'm not very trusting of Mortgage companies as a rule I felt good about it as Mary had worked with Dane for almost two decades. Dane and his crew did a great job combining 1st and 2nd mortgages. My credit rating wasn't perfect but he was still able to satisfy my expectations which is not easy to do especially during these uncertain times. You ROCK Dane.
