Had a terrific experience with Mike Koran and the SF office of PRMI. Given the current low rates, decided to explore refinancing. Came upon Mike and PRMI via 2 testimonials on NextDoor. From start to expedited finish, had an excellent experience. Very responsive, organized and I especially loved their application website. They made the closing happen in record time because I was going out of the country. Mobile notary came to the house for signatures. Funding happened faster than predicted. Cannot imagine how it could have gone better.
