Angelo recently again helped me out with another complex and lengthy refinancing of a rental property. There are multiple owners and therefore the paperwork and oversight during the underwriting process was extremely strenuous. There were literally greater than 25+ requests back and forward for new information. This all occur ed during the recent and present Covid-19 time-frame, so you can imagine the extra stress on folks. Despite all this , Angelo again came through big time. Patience, professionalism, work ethic and going the extra mile are all hallmarks of Angelo's capabilities but needless to say given the surrounding circumstances I can't think of many who could endure and deliver with poise and success !!!
