Keith was an amazing part of my home purchasing team. It felt like he was a partner in a very complex process. He was incredibly educational, thorough, yet lightening quick in answering every question I posed was also super patient as I explored different possibilities from rental income properties to constructions loans. In the end, there we had to make a major last minute changes to our loan structure and I was amazed that Keith was able to pull this off within a very fast close.

I really enjoyed with Keith. Keith is very responsive and very professional. I could reach out to Keith at any given time and he would respond immediately. Customer service means a lot to me and Keith went over and beyond to ensure my husband and I were completely satisfied. Moving forward PRMI would always be my go to lender and lender referral to my friends and family.

The market here in Oakland is cutthroat and buyers have just about no leverage. I didn't have a ton of money, and all-cash offers seem to be pretty popular nowadays, so I was going to give up on buying a house. But then l I met my realtor, Val
(she's awesome by the way). She referred me to Keith and that's when things really turned around! Keith knows his numbers, is really strategic, and came through with a ridiculously amazing 17-day close!!!
Ultimately, I believe that my offer was accepted due to the quick close we were able to offer. The only reason we were able to do that was because of Keith and his team. Top notch work, and he listened to me rant about the inequity of a seller's market to boot! High marks for Keith and his affiliates!

It was amazing working with Keith! He had such a short time
frame to work with to get our loan closed and he pulled it off!!! He also kept me calm when things got sticky with regard to closing. He followed-up with everyone to ensure they were doing their part (because of Holiday some people I decided to use were moving slowly). I'm still in shock! Keith also explained ANYTHING I asked with a thorough, simple explanation. Terms of loan were fair market and he didn't pull any bait and switch.
