It was amazing working with Keith! He had such a short time
frame to work with to get our loan closed and he pulled it off!!! He also kept me calm when things got sticky with regard to closing. He followed-up with everyone to ensure they were doing their part (because of Holiday some people I decided to use were moving slowly). I'm still in shock! Keith also explained ANYTHING I asked with a thorough, simple explanation. Terms of loan were fair market and he didn't pull any bait and switch.

Keith also explained ANYTHING I asked with a thorough, simple explanation. Terms of loan were fair market and he didn't pull any bait and switch. This is why we backed out of using the original lender we were going to use. This decision could have caused a serious delay in getting closed, if at all. Keith let the agents know he could have it funded quickly. Keith had us closed 2 days later than we were originally scheduled (with first lender). That included a Holiday weekend and the title co. being closed two business days. Again, Keith was amazing and he was the BEST puzzle piece to obtaining our condo! I would recommend using any company he suggested to be able to close on your loan, i.e. Title co. I would also like to add my husband has a very hectic, busy schedule and Keith was very sympathetic and had it all lined up so we could work with my husband's schedule. He was also very sensitive to our life situation and the need to get us in our home quickly. Keith was a pleasure to work with and I have never been so confident in a lender. He is the reason we are in our dream home!
