Steve’s team did a GREAT job holding my hand through the process of getting my first mortgage. The biggest thing they bring to the table is efficiency. We were able to go from offer to close in about 2 weeks! Whitley was able to provide very clear information on what was needed and who she would be handing me off to at different stages of the process. Steve cared enough about honoring his early guarantees that he took financial responsibility for an unexpected cost that came up late in the process when the selected investor required something unanticipated. So happy with their hands-on, personal service and excited to work with them for any refinances or new mortgages down the road.

Both Steve and his team are phenomenal! Steve was available by cell any time we needed him, including on a Saturday when it came down to getting creative with our financing to put an offer on our new home that would beat the competition. The application process was seamless and we had our CTC well in advance of closing day. No last minute rushes and the process was explained well from start to finish. I highly recommend Steve!
