Linda Weir was my loan agent and I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. She was HONEST from start to finish. That made all the difference in this transaction. I am a first time buyer, but I am a middle-aged adult. We can be a little difficult to wrangle in situations where we don't understand, where we aren't comfortable, and where we're not in control of the situation. Linda made sure I knew what was happening, and she ALWAYS answered me. Communication is key. There were no blank spots in this.
