Ralph and his staff just really seem to take this process serious and got it done. They let us know what was going on and what to expect. They were right on with the date to close and here we are. The written description of what I agreed to build vs what the loan documents to read caused major issue. Also, Paperwork was not submitted to show I paid $2000 out of closing for engineer cost that were submitted.
