I have used several mortgage lenders over the past five years and have never experienced a lending process that was headache-free or that closed on time...until I found Katrina Weaver. Not only is she a mortgage expert but she's also an extremely reliable, conscientious professional who truly has her client's best interests in mind throughout the process. With an extremely busy schedule, I appreciated her persistence, organization, knowledge and most of all, her clarity and concision.

Loan went through too many hands at the office. We had to gather the same information twice . The day of closing the money was not at the attorney's office which made us wait a very long time . What was the point of having an appointment early in the morning if the loan company could not have the funds available. Time was waisted , gas was waisted . Chad was nice and kept us informed, however he should have finished it all the way out . breakdown of communication overall .
