I am a pilot for an international airline and was therefore overseas for the entire house buying process. Jo Anna's help and support was outstanding. She made the mortgage application and approval procedure absolutely painless. Very impressive from start to finish. I have previously bought houses in the UK and California and must say this was by far the best service I have ever received. I cannot recommend Jo Anna and her company enough.

Katrina and her team were on the ball with call instant communication, updates in progress and simple instructions as to what they needed for the loan. She provided a comprehensive list upfront so there were no last minute requests for other information. From start to finish the process as efficient and painless unlike other closes I have encountered before. Thank you Katrina and her team for a wonderful experience.
