As a novice to the process, Rick was very calm and helpful in explaining to us what the next step was. He offered some pre-emptive answers to questions we didn't even know about yet. Given all the horror stories I've heard about the mortgage process, we had av relatively smooth time!

Everyone was friendly and thorough, which was of the utmost importance. Rick, in particular, was very good at explaining everything and had zero problems with answering every question we had. There was some frustration surrounding the underwriter and not hearing back from Chanique for 24 hours at one point but that was exacerbated by the short time to close; in the grand scheme of things, she did get back to us promptly for the most part. Overall, we will look to working with PRMI in the future.

Chad went above and beyond as far as service. He was there when we needed advice. He was available when we had concerns. His overall service was excellent.
