Jay was great, always very friendly and helpful no matter how many questions we had, or how many different ways he needed to explain things to us, he always had a positive attitude. He made sure we understood the process and what to expect! It only took 2-1/2 weeks total for our clear to close - 2 weeks ahead of our schedule and 4 weeks ahead of our Builder’s schedule. And all during Christmas and New Year holidays! Just an amazing person to work with.
