Hands Down, William Buckles was absolutely the most thorough loan manager we have ever worked with. Not only were we dealing with our closing landing right in the middle of the worst of the Covid-19 virus, but we also had to deal with getting my and my wife's credit scores bumped up to get us into the loan. He gave us every step we needed to follow and didn't miss a beat. When it came time to close, both my and my wife's credit scores had jumped considerably! Word to anyone that uses William! If he tells you to do something.... DO IT!!! Don't go rouge. If he tells you to follow his lead, and you do, you will not be disappointed. Thank you William!

I thought buying a house would be overwhelming and confusing; especially,

William is a top notch notch loan specialist. If you follow his credit improvement plan and general rules when applying for a mortgage then you'll get approved in no time. William was caring and responsive to all questions throughout the entire loan approval process!
