Keith Goeringer was incredible in helping me purchase my first home. My main man had every answer to every question I had to ask, and might I say with a very quick response. I thought this process was going to be difficult because of my first time doing it and boy was I wrong, it was very easy. Keith was two steps ahead of my every concern.I recommend Keith to anyone buying for the first time or anyone buying for the tenth time he kept my mind at ease when my nerves were uneasy. I'm so happy I was referred to this awesome lender,he has helped my family and I a great deal, and I'm satisfied with his professional approach and he's knowledge of his lending craft. Keith Goeringer was amazing to work with, he got us our loan even after having to jump through hoops for us with the VA. Every time I text or called him he was there, I never had to wait for him to respond. I am very impressed on how quickly everything went through, and it's all because of his knowledge of the VA Loan which is VERY difficult. I highly recommend Keith to everyone!

I had many issues to work on before i could purchase a home (credit score, debt ratio) and Keith stuck with me through it all. Three years later, i am happy to announce, I have everything in order and i have now purchased my home. Thank you Keith for believing in me and never giving up.

We are in the process of finallizing my loan. Keith Spent the entire weekend working with my wife and I to make sure we had a complete loan. No other loan officer that we have worked with has done as much as Keith. He is truly a professional.
