Keith went above and beyond. I was ready to give up but he made it possible. I also appreciated the consistent updates and educational material. I appreciated that he kept me on task with documentation as well. Overall, I was not expecting this level of service but I was highly satisfied. Any mortgage transaction I ever do will be through Keith and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Keith!

Truly our experience with Keith Goeringer was extraordinary. Keith worked late, on the weekends, and creatively to get us a loan that fit our needs (that I didn't think we could get). We tried going for one thing originally, and had to completely switch gears in the middle of the process due to some issues. I was ready to give up, I told Keith - hey I'll call you in about 6 months. He immediately said call me I have an idea, and one month later we're in a house (a better one than we originally looked at). He continually sent me educational materials which I had no idea where out there and will still use even after we have our home. He's personable, friendly, and I also liked that he pressured me to get the documents I needed to get on time. He never once dropped the ball and I truly felt like we were his only clients. Go with Keith, no matter what situation you are in, you will not regret it. Even if you think you can't buy a house it's worth a conversation.
