I highly recommend using them for your Home Loan needs. I know without any hesitation, that the services I received was nothing but 5 start service. Start to finish was a simple process and every time I had a question, it was addressed and answered in a timely manor. I will be using them again if and when needed.

I would like to take this opportunity to speak on the behalf of William of Mid State Home Loans. If it wasn't for William I would have remained a RENTER for most likely the remainder of my life. This man tugged and pulled me through the process, it wasn't a difficult process for most people, but I am a disabled veteran rated at 100% disabled, meaning I have psychological issues that prevent me from long term understanding. This man helped me step by step and has now made me the happiest I have ever been...William is the MAN.

I really appreciated the effort that was put into establishing a relationship versus feeling like an account number. Mr. William Buckles went above and beyond to ensure I was always properly informed on the status of my loan and available to answer any questions I had. Our process was a long one due to a various unforseen circumstances, but we make it through with Williams expert guidance.
