Rarni, you always take time to explain how best to help clients and provide details. I appreciate how thorough and patient you are throughout the process. In the last transaction for 96 Mountain Shadows Drive the only reason I gave 9/10 instead of 10/10 was the deferred or long pause until receiving the pre-approval. Between Janet and I switching supportive roles for the buyers, our individual communication filters there may have been a misunderstanding about timeline expectations for the VA loan pre-approval and approval timeline. In the end it all worked out GREAT! Thanks again for all of your hard work and amazing support Rarni! Kim
