Marylou and Rarni worked up several refinance estimates for me and explained all costs. We talked about my goals for refinancing and which estimate helped reach that best (it wasn’t just a lower payment or rate). They never pressured me on any decision and clearly answered all my questions. No surprise costs at closing and the final amount ended up being about $130 less than originally expected. Terrific service!
