Rarni was extremely thorough, explained everything in detail, answered our questions promptly, was present with us, was very available for meetings and calls, and made us feel heard and taken care of throughout this stressful process. For first time home buyers, feeling like we have an honest agent on our side who isn't merely trying to "sell us" a mortgage was invaluable.
