Mike walked me through my first home purchase and made it incredibly easy. He devoted a considerable amount of time to walk me through every single piece of paperwork I would be signing to secure the loan and what to expect when closing on the house. I was confident getting my first major loan because everything was explained so clearly to me. Mike also has fantastic connections to make sure local inspectors/appraisers familiar with the area are selected to check the home you are buying. He made me aware of all the services provided by PRMI and yet never tried to do a "hard up-sell" when I didn't express interest. I was glad to know about all my options.
Mike still checks up on me a year after I concluded my business with him which makes me know I made the right choice. I would definitely go to Mike first in the future when I need another mortgage loan. He is who I recommend to everyone.

Mike went above and beyond to help get me into my home. From the moment I entered the door he did everything in his power to make sure I was getting the best deal on my mortgage. My calls were always answered, e-mails always returned, and always available for questions regarding my loan. I have already recommended Mike to others searching for a new home.

Mike was wonderful to work with. He was always very responsive to our questions and concerns. Due to an injury we were unable to proceed with our purchase but Mike was very understanding and accommodating. He even followed up with us for months after to check in on how I was healing. We will definitely use him when we are ready to move forward with our next purchase.

Mr. Mike never gave up even with the different hiccups dealing with the VA inspectors and builders and sellers through my house hunting adventures! He was patient with me and explained everything whenever I had any questions.

Mike did an excellent job with my loan. He kept me in the process from start o finish. He explained all the details so I could understand them easily. The rate he got me was better than expected and the closing costs were even lower. There were no surprises with how much I could borow or at any point during the closing. I would highly recommend Mike to service anyone's loan.
