This is actually the 2nd home purchase that we have used Mike Lorenzini for and he provided us with exceptional service. We were buying and selling all at the same time, which was stressful for us but Mike constantly kept us in the loop every step of the way and the whole process really was easy thanks to him. Mike in my opinion went above and beyond as he took the time to ensure that we understood everything we signed in detail. There were many options and we were provided with detailed information on each of them to make a decision that best fit our needs. Thanks Mike

Most of my communication with Mike was online and over the phone. Mike was extremely helpful and had everything organized for me to sign right before closing which is when I met him in person. Easy to work with and veteran/military friendly!

Mike was our Loan Officer POC. Mike provided loan information, advice, and options that were key in our decision to buy our house at the best rate possible. Mike was available all during the process to answer questions and assist from beginning to end, anytime, day or night. I have recently recommended Mike to a friend to work with his loan needs.
