I've set an alert for when rates drop enough to do the VA IRRRL (interest rate reduction refinance loan). Mike was very helpful explaining the loan process as I purchased my first home. He gave me very detailed instructions whenever I had to sign something electronically and he was very approachable and always available on his cell phone for any questions I had. He helped me understand how an interest rate buydown would affect my payment and locked my rate so my payment was affordable. Mike is a good communicator and I felt well-informed throughout the process. He was so great!
