Very fast closing all things considered. It was stressful at the end with so many document requirements and a holiday weekend, but Mike kept us on task.

He NEVER gave up! He worked WAY outside NORMAL business hours to get everything accomplished when he could have said “I’ll do it tomorrow” or “I’m DONE for the day” AND MOST IMPORTANTLY (at least to me) He ALWAYS kept me INFORMED (So I wasn’t wondering & worrying) I HAD THE BEST! (And I know my loan was a CHALLENGE….to say the least!)

Mike is patient, knowledgeable and reliable. He goes above and beyond by making sure I understood the mortgage process and explaining documents needed.
