Rachel did most of the work getting my information every time I was stuck. I’m not a computer person and appreciate all the effort Mrs. Rachel has done for me. I can write a book about all the positive things she has done for me but I think you get the message that she done an excellent job to say the least! Can I add Michelle Fuller to this survey please that she was so upbeat and always looking out for me about the things wrong with the house & she made sure things always got them fixed by the seller so she is an asset to the company no doubt., but you already know this. And I notice Michelle and she walks in the house and actually walk through every room look at other houses around the area she is always looking searching and dissecting every little aspect about the house and the other houses next-door’s. WOW ! And every opportunity I get in the future in this new neighborhood when I get to know the people in the area or friends looking to buy a house I will go out of my way and make sure they deal with Rachel and Michelle only, thank you! I wanna leave with this, I want to say many times over all the work and the explanation about the loan and the pricing and rates that Rachel gave me full & complete understanding during the entire process and always feel at ease with Rachel. So if Rachel or Michelle ever gets a chance to read this I would like to say thank you to both of them for finding a home for me and my dogs !!!

Diedra was great. As a new home buyer, I did often found myself confused about things are would be common knowledge for someone who has been through the process before. Communication could be better. I would use her service in the future now that I’ve been through the process
