We actually haven't even closed our loan yet, but have made our decision to work with Tara over other lenders. We compared rates, and Tara's were competitive to others. What set her apart was her personality and the ease we feel with working with her as we decide which direction we want to go with our new home - we are evaluating new construction, renovation loans, and conventional and she has been guiding us along the way and offering insight.
