Rachel was very knowledgeable and honest. Before I met Rachel I was with another lender who really couldn’t answer my questions. Rachel did more than the average lender. She updated me on everything and made sure I was getting the best deal. I was very impressed with Rachel. She didn’t sugarcoat like other lenders. She made sure I was ready before the underwriters went through my life (laugh out loud). I am very happy and beyond satisfied. Working with Rachel was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My realtor was my other best decision. I honestly would not have my first home without their hard work. They work as a team to give me the best. This is our third time using Diedra for a loan. Once for our current home 6 years ago, as well as vacation home and a re-fi this year. For someone we have never seen and met personally, and would not immediately recognize if we saw her, she has earned our respect and admiration for how she does her job. She is very attentive to her clients needs, and knowledgeable enough to keep her clients calm and reassured. What she says always is on point and happens like she says. We will reach out to her time and time again and will let friends and family know. We love her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
