Communication was flowing smoothly. She and her assistant are always ready to answer questions. They are always ready to assist and provide informations when needed. The experience was super from day 1 to the closing day.

He was very articulate and made the process clear. Provided insight which helped an inexperienced home buyer like me feel at ease. Would recommend Will to anyone!

I have done business with Mrs. Schaefer before and even a refinance with her 13 years ago. Diedra expertise and communication is outstanding. I was glad to see Diedra name of the list of loan officers with Dan Ryan Builders. Once I saw her name and picture, I automatically chose her to be my loan officer once again for a another new construction home 13 years later.

Tara is so wonderful to work with! There's nothing like personalized service and help from a professional like Tara! No waiting on a response or long hold times on the phone. Tara is super responsive, not to mention very nice! She even worked with me at odd hours and over the weekend! I would highly recommend Tara to everyone.
