If you are buying a home, work with Jeff and team! I recently bought my first home, and it was a huge experience. As much research as I had done in advance, there was still a ton of stuff that came up and every time Jeff and his team had answers. They provided so much support throughout the mortgage application process and eventual purchase, helping me make sure everything was in order and that I got everything that I needed to close on my new home accomplished. Jeff gave me a wonderful breakdown of the costs associated with purchasing a house, explaining in a very clear way just where all the money goes and how it gets there. He was able to take the info I gave him on my income and savings and credit and all the other factors and give me a great understanding of what I could afford, and how shifts in price would impact my payments. Any time I had a question Jeff and team were available right away, friendly and responsive. Everyone at this office was a delight to work with and I know that as soon as I am thinking about purchasing more real estate Jeff will be there first person I call.
