While this review is a long time coming, it doesn’t detract from the comprehensive level of service we received both when initially purchasing our home and then refinancing it two years later. Joe and the team at PRMI maintain close attention to detail with an emphasis on taking the time to explain details that might be considered mundane by more experienced purchasers. Joe makes his team available around the clock and sets realistic expectations for the submission of paperwork, signatures and closing. We will without a doubt work with PRMI in the future and I encourage readers to move forward with confidence.

We were on a tight timeline and our representative (Kaoru) went out of his way to make sure we could close on the house we wanted. He was available for us whenever we had a question & made us feel empowered to make decisions comfortably. There was a lot going on behind the scenes, but Kaoru handled everything like a total professional and helped make home buying much simpler than we anticipated.

David was the best lender I could’ve asked for! There is nothing besides great things to say about him! He is extremely knowledgable, helpful, quick to answer, and is just an overall really personable and great guy !
