Josh, went above and beyond to accommodate me. He kept me 100% in the loop, even when I was being SUPER annoying about it. Although weekends are his time to relax, he also took the time to respond with my questions. I’m extremely happy to have worked with such an amazing group of people. Everyone killed it, and now I’m sitting happy in my new home!

Chad and his team (especially Abbey) were very responsive, patient, and detailed. We had many questions, at all hours and days of the week, and they never hesitated to explain things to us. As first-time homebuyers, Chad and his team made the loan experience as painless as possible. We talked with multiple loan officers before choosing Chad at PRMI. Chad provided the most competitive rate of anyone we talked to and also provided excellent customer service. Because of the work of his team, it took only 15 days to be cleared to close after our offer was accepted. If you are buying a home, work with Jeff and team!
I recently bought my first home, and it was a huge experience. As much research as I had done in advance, there was still a ton of stuff that came up and every time Jeff and his team had answers. They provided so much support throughout the mortgage application process and eventual purchase, helping me make sure everything was in order and that I got everything that I needed to close on my new home accomplished.
Jeff gave me a wonderful breakdown of the costs associated with purchasing a house, explaining in a very clear way just where all the money goes and how it gets there. He was able to take the info I gave him on my income and savings and credit and all the other factors and give me a great understanding of what I could afford, and how shifts in price would impact my payments.
Any time I had a question Jeff and team were available right away, friendly and responsive. Everyone at this office was a delight to work with and I know that as soon as I am thinking about purchasing more real estate Jeff will be there first person I call.
