My first encounter with Jeff was in 2009 when I purchased my first home. Jeff's experience in the business made the purchase of my first home very smooth. Fast forward to 2022 when I was asked to help a family member who's primary income was not from US (not a typical W2 wage earner) who needed to close on a property within 30 days I knew Jeff would be the right person. He and his team (Terry, Abbey and Katie) helped my cousin navigate through all the paperwork required by the loan underwriter to approve the loan. There were times in the process when my cousins thought the loan would not go through but Jeff kept us on track and ultimately my cousins bought their first home. Where do I start... I knew that George was awesome from the first time I dealt with him purchasing my first home. So when I was faced with pressure to move and find a home under extreme time constraints, I knew that I needed someone who was about there business and someone I could trust to get the job done.
