Kathleen and her team made the process smooth and organized. This was our first time buying a home so we had many questions and anxiety about the loan process but Kathleen was very thorough and communicative. She replied to emails quickly and worked with our schedules. There were stressful parts with the home buying process but Kathleen gave us so much information and made us feel comfortable and positive.
